SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We have 5 levels of Event Sponsorship, each with varying benefits and inclusions. The top 3 levels of sponsorship will offer 3-Day Accommodation at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, as well as Registration to the conference and all Social Events. We also offer a number of Sponsorship Items that can be selected in addition to Event Sponsorship or on their own, depending on your budget.

There is a BUNDLE DISCOUNT of 10% for any company who is willing to take out an Event Partner Sponsorship as well as an Item Sponsorship. 

As with previous years all Item Sponsorship + 2 x Diamond Partner will be offered firstly to the members of the Poultry Research Foundation. They will be sold on a first in - first served basis, from 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 20th September, 2023.
All other companies will be able to purchase remaining items fro from 9:00am AEST Tuesday 27th September, 2023.

ITEM SPONSORSHIP

Item Sponsorship is available in addition to / instead of the above Event Partner Sponsorship. These opportunities are open to Foundation Members first on a “first in first choice" basis.
The sponsors portal will open at exactly 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 20th September, 2023 for current PRF Members.
All other companies will have access from 9:00am on Tuesday 27th September, 2023. 
At this time you will need to log-in to the portal to select you preferred items. As indicated at the top of the page, all sponsorship will be booked online this year. To speed up the process it is advised to pre-register for APSS 2023 via the link below. You will then be sent a direct login link to gain access to the Portal at the appropriate time.

Note: Item Sponsorship doesn't include any registration or benefits other than being included on the Welcome Slideshow, Pull-Up Banner, Website & Attendee App, and being published in the Proceedings.

The conference organisers consider it important to present the meeting as one of exceptional quality and so the conference satchels and USB Memory Sticks will be high quality items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  • All sponsors will be required to supply a high definition image to be used for the Pull-Up Banner, Welcome Slideshow, Website & Attendee App. This is to be uploaded into the Sponsors Portal, along with a brief summary of the company that will be displayed in the Attendee App.
  • Satchel, USB’s and Lanyard/Name Badge - the successful sponsors will need to provide their company logo’s (in a format requested by the promotions company) to be transferred to the items.
  • Tuesday Morning Breakfast Meeting – *does not included the cost of hot plated breakfast. Meeting is to be held between 6:30-8:30am.
  • Barista Coffee Cart - sponsor should provide banners and signage to by displayed on and around the Coffee Cart.
  • Social Event Sponsors - there will be 3 events to choose from; Sunday Night Grate Debate, Monday Evening Poster Session & Tuesday Night Symposium Dinner. The 2 companies who take up Diamond Sponsorship will get first choice on which event that they wish to include in their package. Sponsor will be required to provide banners or signage to be displayed at the corresponding events. Logo + Short video presentation can also be displayed on screens at the conference venue.
  • Pens/Pads (300 of each) are to be supplied to the conference organisers by the sponsor and will be included each delegate’s conference satchel. Left-over’s will be made available on the sign-in table during the conference.
